…creating a sort of resonance in one’s psyche. It is somewhat like holding down one key on a computer so that the screen of the mind fills with that one letter, ushering off all other thoughts and brining harmony – because there isn’t room for anything else, just pure nothingness.

You need at least one person with whom you can once in a while drop all pretenses, all the masks, and just be yourself, be vulnerable

by o0o0o0o0o0o0o

Hmmm. Truth in the frame, but the frame is always a fabrication from a perspective. Ok. I agree trust can be a heavy load but not if one understands it as built on pushing into zones of conflict/vulnerability. Then it becomes quite exciting and liberating. More to be said on that. And the drunk man is just an exageration of some side of himself.

by o0o0o0o0o0o0o

Really? I need to say more… Truth. It is all in the framework. Trust. A heavy load. Truth & trust not sure if they are related? Lying comes second nature especially after a few scotches.

by o0o0o0o0o0o0o

That is potentially the most controversial thing youve said. Or youre a politician. Yet if up is the same as down might the reverse not be the truth? At what point does make believe become another reality? Is truth related to trust? I dont know any truths – not any interesting ones anyway – but i like the idea of trust. A contradiction perhaps. And I was never any good at lying.

Make them believe something reversed from the truth.

by o0o0o0o0o0o0o

Just had great conversation circling trust, vulnerability, boundaries and collaboration. Also interesting in terms of audience/participants. The more porous the boundary the more vulnerable the more reason to trust the more in a position to be taken advantage of. Do rules breed mistrust? The more boundaries challenged the more reason to trust?
